Rosemary and garlic season this cheese ball mix. To make, blend mix with 8 oz. softened cream cheese, 4 tablespoons sour cream and 3/4 cup finely shredded cheese. The addition of chopped black or green olives makes this a classic delicacy.
You can also stir mix into a pint of sour cream for an easy dip. Serve with sliced carrots, celery, or kohlrabi, florets of cauliflower and broccoli. Wheat-free.
To make a Vegan Dip, blend package ingredients with 16 ounces of Toffuti Sour Supreme. Chill for 12 hours. Serve with crackers, chips and vegetables.
